About Our Client

Our client is evolving in the retail sector. The work place will be in Brussels.

Job Description

As a Sales Assistant (FR / NL) at our client, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities :

  • Assist the Sales Department with tenders, CRM management, purchase orders, sales follow-up, and related tasks.
  • Act as one of the main Points of Contact for both the Sales Department and your customers.
  • Handle customer and external supplier inquiries via email or phone, providing the best possible solutions by working hand-in-hand with internal departments.
  • Manage the entire order process for your customers, from receiving and entering orders to coordinating supply and logistics through to final delivery.
  • Ensure smooth communication with all parties involved (customers, logistics providers, etc.. ).
  • Monitor product inventory and coordinate with the Production Department to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Contribute to various projects that may go beyond Customer Service, depending on your interests and desired level of involvement.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this Sales Assistant (FR / NL) position would have the following skills:

  • Ideally, you have a bachelor or a master degree.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience.
  • You speak fluently French and Dutch. English is a great plus!
  • You are proactive and hands-on. You thrive in a role where routine is not the norm and variety keeps you motivated.
  • You have great communication skills and can adapt your communication to your audience (C-Level, external partners, customers, etc).
