Job Description

A Sales Assistant (FR / NL / EN) at our client will have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the sales team and their clients for scheduling and administrative matters.
  • Manage calendars, track deadlines, and prioritize urgent tasks to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Encode numerical data accurately into internal systems.
  • Organize and prepare meeting rooms & necessary documents.
  • Review and proofread presentations for accuracy and clarity.
  • Handle logistical aspects of client appointments and adapt schedules as needed.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Sales Assistant (FR / NL / EN) for our client would have the following skills:

  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English (Mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to identify priorities and respond quickly to urgent requests.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and client interactions.
