Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities are:

  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identifying and sourcing top talent through various platforms and methods.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability.
  • Market prospecting to find new clients.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on market trends and recruitment strategies.
  • Drafting and posting job advertisements to attract the right candidates.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve recruitment targets and objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

  • A background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and French/Dutch; Dutch/French is a plus.
