Job Description

As a Recruiter you will be responsible for:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Understand client needs and match candidates to roles.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Provide expert advice and support to both clients and candidates.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruiter should have/be:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Results-driven with a passion for people and recruitment.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
