Job Description

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

  • Main Reception & first point of contact of visitors & employees
  • Travel management
  • Mail management
  • Order of office supplies
  • Management of emails and calls

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a good level in Dutch, French and English
  • You have a first experience in any administrative position
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are proactive and autonomous
  • Organisation, communication, and discretion define you
  • You are looking for a full time position, 90% or 4/5th
