Job Description

As a receptionist in the fashion sector, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Greeting and Customer Service: Warmly welcoming visitors, clients, and customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Appointment and Event Coordination: Managing appointments for stylists, designers, and clients, as well as coordinating private showings, fittings, and exclusive events. You'll ensure that schedules are kept up to date and assist with event logistics, including guest lists and seating arrangements.
  • Administrative Support: Handling general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining office supplies, and organizing the reception area to reflect the brand's aesthetic.
  • Communication and Coordination: Acting as the liaison between customers, staff, and management, ensuring smooth communication across the team. You'll manage deliveries, inventory, and vendor communications, keeping everything running smoothly.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this receptionist position will be a highly professional and personable individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
