The client is an international company establishing operations in Brussels, specializing in logistics services for the medical sector. They manage a warehouse dedicated to the storage, handling, and distribution of medical devices to support healthcare providers and strategic partners.

Job Description



  • Receiving Duties:


    • Issue Sales Orders (SO), Return Authorizations (RA), and service work orders.


    • Receive incoming shipments and process packing lists and discrepancy/repair documentation.


    • Assist with processing purchase orders and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.


    • Follow Quest ISO procedures.


  • Shipping Duties:


    • Clean and package outgoing items according to procedures and customer requirements.


    • Coordinate freight pick-ups and process shipping reports.


  • Decontamination Duties:


    • Perform product decontamination according to assigned work instructions.


  • Other Responsibilities:


    • Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.



The Successful Applicant



Succesful candidate:



  • Bilingual in English and Dutch with strong communication skills.


  • At least one year of shipping/receiving or related experience.


  • Able to lift and push up to 18 kg and operate warehouse equipment (walkie, truck, forklift).


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and able to type 45 WPM.


  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
