Job Description



  • 📅 Manage orders & create production schedules for optimal service & efficiency


  • ⚙️ Plan production sequences to boost productivity & reduce delays


  • ✅ Create/confirm production orders, monitor timelines & raw material availability


  • 🔄 Ensure clear communication across production, purchasing, supply & sales


  • 🛠️ Schedule production shutdowns (maintenance, investments, inventories)


  • 📦 Order & confirm bulk products


  • 🧩 Attend DOR meetings & follow up on action points


  • 📊 Monitor KPIs & stock for strategic products


  • 🔁 Provide backup for planners & material planning team



The Successful Applicant



  • 🎓 Bachelor/master in logistics, accounting, economics - or equivalent by experience


  • 🏭 Affinity with production & planning responsibilities


  • 🌍 Fluent in English, Dutch & French


  • 💻 Strong MS Office skills; SAP APO is a plus


  • ⚡ Stress-resistant, customer-focused, flexible & decisive


  • 📊 Analytical with strong communication & negotiation skills
