Job Description

As a Personal Assistant to the VP your responsibilities are:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Vice President
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments
  • Prepare documents, presentations, briefings, and correspondence in English and French
  • Organize business travel, accommodation, and expense reports
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders across Europe
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant to the VP should have:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Excellent command of English (C1/C2) and professional proficiency in French and Dutch
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player
