Our client is a Belgian law firm based in Brussels, offering legal services to both national and international clients. The firm is known for its professionalism, human-focused culture, and easy access via public transport.

Job Description

As the right hand of the Managing Partner, your tasks will include:



  • Managing his agenda and emails, with a clear sense of priorities


  • Handling incoming invoices and preparing payments in Falco


  • Managing his LinkedIn profile: preparing and publishing one post per week


  • In case of a full-time contract: supporting other lawyers one day per week

The Successful Applicant



  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or Executive Assistant


  • Fully trilingual: Dutch, French, and English


  • Solution-oriented, assertive, and hands-on


  • Discreet, organized, and able to work independently
