Job Description

  • Processing payroll data and ensuring accuracy in monthly payroll runs.
  • Managing employee absences, leave, and timekeeping records.
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of payroll reports.
  • Assisting with payroll-related questions from employees and management.
  • Supporting the HR team with soft HR tasks, such as employee onboarding and engagement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll or a related role.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with payroll software is a plus.
