Job Description

  • Manage the daily office operations (reception, suppliers, maintenance, workspace organization, and materials)
  • Coordinate IT setup for new employees and follow up on onboarding processes
  • Support financial activities (invoice validation, PO tracking, vendor follow-up)
  • Draft and communicate internal announcements
  • Organize team events and offsites (including logistics and budget monitoring)
  • Ensure safety and compliance (first aid, fire safety, training coordination)
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external partners



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (office/facilities management is a plus)
  • Experience in a similar role within an international environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch (knowledge of French is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
  • Basic IT knowledge and comfortable coordinating with technical partners
  • Experience with vendor management and budget follow-up
  • Discreet, autonomous, and solution-oriented
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance
