Job Description

  • Assist in office administration work such as office equipment procurement, quotation, maintenance support, etc.
  • Processing invoice and expenses
  • Prepare and organise on-boarding arrangements
  • Travel arrangement and itinerary planning
  • Ordering Supplies
  • Human resources related tasks

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor in Office management or minimum 2 years of experience
  • Bilingual in Dutch and English. French is a plus!
  • Can work with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Can set clear priorities
  • a real team player
  • Proactive person, who knows how to take initiatives
