About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing communication agency located in Brussels, accessible by public transport.

Job Description

The candidate has the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in office administration work such as office equipment procurement, quotation, maintenance support, etc.
  • Handle travel arrangement and itinerary planning
  • Processing invoice and expenses
  • Responsible for human resources related tasks
  • Organize on-boarding arrangements
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Ordering Supplies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal profile :

  • Experience as Office Manager or equivalent
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English. Dutch is a BIG plus!
  • You are a proactive person, who knows how to take initiatives
  • You can set clear priorities
  • You can maintain good relations with external parties
  • You are willing to make an extra effort in times of high activity
  • You are familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • In addition to team spirit, you like to work independently
  • You have a sense of responsibility
