Job Description

What you will do as an Office Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Support the executive team
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient
  • Coordinate events
  • Fleet management
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees



The Successful Applicant

The ideal Office Manager is someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
