Our client is an international law firm located in Brussels

Job Description

Part of the office manager functions and responsibilities are:

  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office
  • Organize travel arrangements and itinerary planning
  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and presentations)
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Responsible for human resources related tasks

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have/be :

  • Experience as Office Manager or equivalent
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English. Dutch is a BIG plus!
  • You can set clear priorities
  • You are willing to make an extra effort in times of high activity
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • In addition to team spirit, you like to work independently
  • You have a sense of responsibility
  • You are a proactive person, who knows how to take initiatives
