Job Description



  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.


  • Manage and support an Office Assistant, helping them grow while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.


  • Act as the right hand to the leadership team, assisting with agendas, travel planning, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.


  • Handle relationships with suppliers, service providers, and the building manager.


  • Organize internal events, staff meetings, and team-building activities to maintain a positive and engaging office culture.


  • Ensure internal procedures are up to date and assist with onboarding new team members.


  • Liaise regularly with global headquarters and ensure compliance with local administrative and legal requirements.



The Successful Applicant



  • At least 5 years of experience in office management or senior administrative roles, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.


  • A natural multitasker with excellent organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude.


  • Strong people skills, with the ability to lead, support and motivate a junior colleague.


  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with fluency in French or Dutch (mandatory).


  • Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms like Teams or SharePoint.


  • Reliable, discreet, and solution-oriented, someone who takes pride in creating a supportive, efficient workplace.
