You'll join a dynamic, human-sized and international company active in the technology sector. Their offices are located in the area of Asse/Dilbeek next to Brussels and accessible with public transport.

Job Description

As an Office Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Office management
  • Administrative support (travel management, emails, calls, invoicing, planning...)
  • Organize and coordinate trainings and events
  • HR coordination (recruitment, fleet management, expenses, HR administration...)
  • Social media & internal communication



The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • You already have a few years of experience in a similar role
  • You are autonomous, proactive and take ownership
  • You are detail-oriented and organised
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
