About Our Client

Our client is an upcoming sport brand in Belgium, but already well-established in other European and international countries. They are specialised in running fashion and utilities but also develop their line for other sports.

For their modern office in Brussels (or Zaventem), they are looking for a enthusiastic & polyvalent Office & Marketing/Event Assistant to join the team.

Job Description

As the Office & Marketing/Event Assistant, you'll be part of the Office Management team and report to the Office Manager. Your role will be to:

  • Manage office equipment & supplies
  • Handle internal & external communications
  • Organize travel arrangements for management
  • Be the contact point for employees for practical matters
  • Assist management with on-/off-boarding of employees
  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events
  • Assist on marketing initiatives and campaigns (administrative follow-up & arrangements, make orders and follow-up invoices, communications, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

  • Professional proficiency in the English & Dutch language (French or German is a big plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Eagerness to learn and develop your skills
  • You like to have polyvalent tasks and be flexible
