Job Description

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Assist with equipment installations and system upgrades
  • Review work orders, estimate materials/time, and track completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes and building regulations
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives across client sites
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

The Successful Applicant

  • High school diploma or technical certification in electromechanics
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in building maintenance or industrial environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
  • Physically fit: able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on-site
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office) and strong organizational habits
  • Fluent in English
  • French and/or Dutch are a plus
