Job Description

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Handling correspondence and ensuring efficient communication between departments.
  • Supporting the organization of internal and external events.
  • Assisting with administrative procedures and optimizing workflows.
  • Acting as a liaison between management, employees, and external partners.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Office Management or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and French or English and Dutch.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Discreet, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
