Job Description

Your responsibilities include handling general administration, structuring workflows, and acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and suppliers. You will manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring they are properly filtered and directed. Additionally, you will oversee financial administration, including invoicing and payroll, and ensure the timely follow-up of insurance matters.

You will be responsible for scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating business travel, reviewing presentations, and assisting with various operational tasks. This role offers opportunities for growth within the company, requiring a proactive, independent, and flexible mindset.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a Management Assistant, with knowledge of invoicing and payroll administration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach are essential. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure and have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and French.
