Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Manage and support warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, conducting regular cycle counts and stock audits
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce errors
  • Collaborate with other departments (logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless operations
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to track performance and operations



The Successful Applicant

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
  • Good command of French, English, and Dutch
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of WMS and inventory management
  • Able to work under pressure and multitask
  • Good communication with multicultural teams
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
