Job Description

Main Responsibilities:



  • Manage and optimize all logistics operations (procurement, storage, distribution, transport, etc.).


  • Supervise logistics service providers and ensure their performance in terms of cost, deadlines, and quality.


  • Ensure compliance of operations with regulatory and safety standards specific to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.


  • Analyze flows and propose continuous improvement solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, production, quality, regulatory) to ensure smooth operations.


  • Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to oversee logistics activities.


  • Manage risks related to the transportation and storage of sensitive or hazardous products.

The Successful Applicant

Desired Profile:



  • Significant experience (minimum 3 to 6 years) in logistics, Supply Chain, ...


  • In-depth knowledge of regulations (GDP, GxP, ADR, REACH, etc.) and logistics constraints related to sensitive products.


  • A strong command of English is required.


  • Excellent orgnization skills and coordination of cross-functional teams.


  • Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems dedicated to supply chain management.


  • Professional English proficiency required
