Job Description

As Legal Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • External contact with Embassies & Foreign Ministry for Expats documents & procedures
  • Handle the signatures of legal & corporate documents
  • Emails & Calls
  • Follow-up of invoicing
  • Emailing

The Successful Applicant

  • You have a good level in English and French &/or Dutch
  • You have at least 2 year experience in any administrative position
  • You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • You are proactive and autonomous
  • Organization, communication, and discretion define you
