Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness and control of cleanroom manufacturing environment (Grade A/B/C/D)
  • Manufacture clinical and commercial ATMPs following SOPs and aseptic techniques
  • Perform in-process control testing on batch samples
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and call for repairs
  • Contribute to process optimization and introduction of new products
  • Assist in QMS-related tasks such as Change Control Requests and CAPA
  • Support writing and revising SOPs and associated documents
  • Manage raw materials, consumables, and waste according to SOPs
  • Potentially train to prepare sterile culture media and solutions
  • Complete GMP documentation diligently
  • Communicate production status and safety/quality concerns effectively
  • Utilize manufacturing execution systems and support testing and implementation
  • Work constructively and flexibly in a team environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Graduate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Open to work in shifts and weekends
  • Preferably 1 year of cGMP or ATMP industry experience
  • Preferably 1 year of hands-on experience in aseptic techniques
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Clear communication and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with cGMP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to accommodate unplanned overtime and schedule changes
  • Fluency in English
