Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow partnerships with distributors across the Nordics, UK, Benelux, France, and Eastern Europe
  • Act as technical advisor for distributors and their clients, offering product expertise and on-site demonstrations
  • Identify and onboard new partners in target regions; deliver comprehensive training programs
  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, stock, transport, and payment
  • Collaborate with export, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure flawless order management
  • Manage supplier relationships, including stock monitoring and payment follow-up
  • Oversee export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

The Successful Applicant

Qualities of a successful candidate

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch (any Nordic or German language is a plus)
  • Proven experience in export, distributor management, or technical sales
  • Strong interest in industrial technology and maintenance equipment
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM or similar business tools
  • Availability for short international travel (2-5 days per month)
