Job Description

As a Junior Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, both behind the scenes and on the field. Your mission? Develop and grow a portfolio of clients, bring strategic value, and ensure seamless delivery of unforgettable event experiences.Your Key responsibilities will be :

- Build and manage a strong client portfolio

- Identify and act on upselling & cross-selling opportunities

- Lead contract renewals and renegotiations

- Ensure operational excellence from planning to execution

- Be present on-site during events and client meetings

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Account Manager should have:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a strong background in sales.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
- Fluency in Dutch, French & English
- A valid driving license to manage client visits
