Job Description

As a Junior Performance & Reporting Specialist your responsibilities are:

  • Analyze investment performance using attribution models and methodologies
  • Prepare detailed performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to provide insights on fund performance
  • Ensure data accuracy by reconciling discrepancies and resolving issues promptly
  • Support the team in developing and improving performance attribution tools
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance analysis
  • Assist in responding to client inquiries related to performance metrics
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects within the financial services domain

The Successful Applicant

A successful Junior Performance & Reporting Specialist should have:

  • A Master degree in Finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Fluency in English with knowledge of French or Dutch
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to collaborate within a team
