Job Description

  • Recording transactions & reconciling bank statements.
  • Managing client escrow accounts & processing payments.
  • Preparing VAT filings & ensuring tax compliance.
  • Issuing invoices & tracking payments.
  • Assisting with payroll & audits.



The Successful Applicant

  • You have a bachelor's degree in accountancy-tax law
  • You are eager to learn and responsible
  • You work punctually, efficiently and with an eye for detail
  • You are flexible, practical and can set priorities
  • You are client-oriented
  • You work independently and are a team player
  • You are Dutch-speaking and have a good knowledge of French
  • You have sufficient experience with current IT applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and are always willing to learn new applications and skills
  • Knowledge of Acta Libra (notarial accounting software) is a plus
  • Experience in a notary or law firm is a plus
