Job Description

As a Junior HR Assistant, you will support the HR team across a variety of tasks, giving you a broad introduction to the field. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees
  • Handling HR administration: contracts, personnel files, absences, certificates
  • Preparing HR documents and ensuring updated employee data
  • Helping with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying information
  • Participating in HR projects such as employer branding, training coordination, or wellbeing initiatives
  • Being a point of contact for employees, providing clear and friendly support

The Successful Applicant

  • You graduated in HR, Psychology, Office Management, Business, or a related field
  • Eager to start your career and develop strong HR skills
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Organized, communicative, and service‑minded
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable handling confidential information
  • A real team player who enjoys working with people
