For their office in Machelen, they are looking for administrative & organisational support in the HR team.

Job Description

As the all-round HR Assistant, you will:

  • Provide general support to the Regional HR team in daily tasks
  • Assist managers in the recruitment process (follow-up processes, make-up offers, communications, etc.)
  • Help with the onboarding & offboarding
  • Updating and maintaining HR records and databases
  • Internal HR communications & correspondences in English & Dutch (French if possible)
  • Administrative support on ongoing HR projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally 2-3 years' experience in administration or HR
  • HR graduates with an intership experience will be considered as well)
  • Professional knowledge of English & Dutch (French is an asset, not a must)
  • Good knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *
  • Proactive, motivated and positive attitude
  • Eye for detail and well organized
  • Good level of maturity
