With their Belgian office located in the Diegem area, they are looking for a hands-on and people-driven (Junior) Customer Service Manager to strengthen their operations and lead the customer service team.

Job Description

As (Junior) Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of customer service representatives. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, and you will act as a key link between customers, internal departments, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, coach, and support a team of customer service representatives.


  • Ensure excellent order-to-cash processing and high service levels.


  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth communication with key clients.


  • Collaborate with internal departments: sales, planning, supply chain, finance, and logistics.


  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer processes and implement best practices.


  • Monitor KPIs and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.


  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and sector regulations.



The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a (Junior) Customer Service Manager that :



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.


  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the chemical or industrial sector.


  • First experience in people management or team coordination.


  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).


  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.


  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset.
