Job Description

In this position of Management Assistant you will provide direct support to someone within the C-suite. With this comes a wide range of responsibilities such as:

  • Calendar management : autonomous planning and coordination of meetings
  • Logistical planning and organisation of events : booking venues, preparing rooms,
  • Coordinate travel arrangements : book flights, book transport, book accommodations, ..
  • Mail management : manage in- and outgoing mails as well as communications
  • Act as a contact person for the organisation

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are looking for:

  • Has an excellent knowledge of Japanese (C1 or C2 level), in addition to a great knowledge of English
  • Already has a first experience in administration, ideally as Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Great eye for detail
  • Can work autonomously and has a proactive approach
  • Has an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity
