About Our Client

The client is an international company establishing operations in Brussels, specializing in logistics services for the medical sector. They manage a warehouse dedicated to the storage, handling, and distribution of medical devices to support healthcare providers and strategic partners.

Job Description

Tasks:



  • Support daily Inventory, Receiving, Decontamination, Shipping, and Warehouse operations


  • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products and materials


  • Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts


  • Verify packing lists and handle discrepancies with Quality/Shipping teams


  • Keep records of parts/materials, including quarantined items


  • Follow safety, cleanliness, and ISO quality/environmental standards



The Successful Applicant

Succesful candidate:



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience


  • 4 years of experience in receiving, shipping, and warehouse operations, including some supervisory experience


  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and related programs


  • Bilingual: English and Dutch (read, write, speak, understand)


  • Able to operate warehouse equipment


  • Able to lift up to 18 kg
