They are looking for an International Sales Assistant to reinforce their team that is Brussels based.

Job Description

As an International Sales Assistant for the Medical Sector your responsibilities are:

  • You assist the different National Sales and Marketing Directors across Europe
  • You give sales support, admin support to the different stakeholders across Europe and you are able to adapt quickly to the different practices in the different countries
  • You prepare sales meetings, sales figures, tenders, ...
  • You work on adhoc projects related to sales and marketing activities
  • You work daily with SAP
  • You are in daily contact with customers as well to help them around commercial cases
  • ...

The Successful Applicant

As International Sales Assistant for the Medical Sector you have following profile:

  • A good experience in a sales support, KAM Assistant role, ideally with international contacts
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of German, Polish, .. is a big plus)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • You can work in an agile environment
  • You can adapt to different cultures and ways of working
  • You have strong communication skills and good analytical insights
  • You can work in Belgium on a daily basis
