To support this strategic development, the company is looking for an International Business Developer eager to help bring its software solutions to global markets.

Job Description

As an International Business Developer in Software, you will play a key role in developing the company's presence across the Americas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities for software solutions in North and South America
  • Prospecting and engaging with high-potential B2B clients
  • Understanding customer needs and positioning the company's software as a value-driven solution
  • Building long-term commercial relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Sales, Operations)
  • Participating in client meetings, industry events, trade fairs, and international business trips
  • Working closely with internal teams (management, product, marketing, tech)
  • Contributing to the international go-to-market and sales strategy



The Successful Applicant

A successful International Business Developer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • 0 to 2 years of experience (first experience in sales, business development, or software/tech is a plus)
  • Languages:
    • Dutch: fluent
    • English: fluent (mandatory)
    • French: a strong asset
  • Strong interest in software, technology, and digital solutions
  • Willingness to travel abroad on a regular basis
  • Results-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated to help a Belgian software company grow internationally
