Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Management: Maintain contact with existing customers and serve as the first point of contact for their questions and needs.
  • Support for Key Account Managers: Assist Key Account Managers in preparing quotes, presentations, and customer visits.
  • Order Processing: Responsible for processing and following up on customer orders, ensuring smooth handling.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor developments in the Polish market and share this information with the team.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and strive for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks such as maintaining customer files and reports.

The Successful Applicant

What We Expect from You:

  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Independent and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
