Our client is seeking a technical sales or applications engineer who will handle client dossiers, coordinate internally and work with an ERP and 3D drawing software. You will support the full cycle: from understanding customer needs through preparing drawings (SolidWorks is a plus) to linking with internal teams.

Job Description

  • Manage customer files: collect technical information, define project scope
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, workshop, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery
  • Use the company's ERP system to track project status, procurement and delivery
  • Prepare or review 3D drawings of equipment or systems (experience with SolidWorks is an asset)
  • Communicate with customers in French and Dutch about technical and commercial topics
  • Ensure high service quality, accuracy of documentation and clarity in communication
  • Proactive team contributor: anticipate problems, propose improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Technical diploma (bachelor, graduate, or master) in electromechanics or equivalent work experience
  • Or a solid background in sales of technical products with genuine interest in mechanics
  • Experience with a 3D drawing tool such as SolidWorks (optional but advantageous)
  • Bilingual: fluent in French and Dutch
  • Strong sense of service, excellent communication skills, precision in work
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
