About Our Client

Our partner operates with a flat organisational structure, ensuring open communication and fast decision-making. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with the External Sales Representative, occasionally accompanying them on client visits.

Your direct manager is easily accessible via video calls and phone, providing continuous support and guidance.

To gain a deep understanding of our operations, you will spend the first 2 to 3 weeks rotating through different departments, including warehouse, order processing, and shipping, allowing you to familiarise yourself with our products and processes firsthand.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the External Sales Representative as their right hand for the Turkish market.
  • Manage the internal mailbox and ensure efficient follow-up of customer inquiries and orders.
  • Create and adjust quotations, including price adjustments and negotiations with customers.
  • Actively contribute to commercial opportunities (30% commercial, not purely technical sales).
  • Resolve customer issues and proactively think of improvements in the sales process.
  • Work with an ERP system (complex matter, with an onboarding period of 6 to 12 months).
  • Conduct analyses and reporting using Power BI to gain insights and optimize the sales strategy.
  • Manage and optimize order processes, including tracking missing and placed orders.
  • Actively contribute to improving internal processes and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent in Turkish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in inside sales, business development, sales support or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of [your industry] is an advantage.
