Inside Sales officer

As an Internal Sales Officer you are responsible for managing all master data related to sales. In other words, you ensure that the correct prices, products, and assortments are accurately entered and maintained in the system. You work closely with management to prepare and optimize quotations.

An important part of your role is to provide maximum administrative support to the external sales team, handling various administrative requests efficiently and accurately.

Tasks:

• Monitoring prices, products, and assortments
• Ensuring data is accurate and up to date in the system
• Collaborating with management to draft and optimize quotations
• Analyzing client needs and translating them into appropriate offers
• Handling a variety of administrative queries from the sales team
• Ensuring efficient and precise execution of admin tasks
• Helping to build and manage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Ensuring effective implementation and usage within the sales team
• Preparing reports on sales performance and trends in collaboration with the Finance Tea
• Answering client queries and providing support
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
