Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities are:

  • Manages sales and customer relationships for assigned clients.
  • Prepares offers, processes orders, and promotes E-Shop usage.
  • Maintains client data and supports internal/external teams.
  • Uses telesales to drive growth, cross-selling, and digital channel adoption.
  • Understands customer needs, market, and competitors.
  • Handles inquiries, complaints, and sales opportunities efficiently.
  • Collaborates with external sales and reports on project progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Inside Sales Representative should have:

  • Experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Customer Service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, Italian, and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A passion for sales and a customer-centric mindset.
