About Our Client

Flourishing company looking to hire new colleagues !
- Developing business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to clients
- Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of calls per day
- Scheduling the first Meeting for the Field Sales Team
- Providing in depth information to the Field Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
- Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
- Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, providing technical information and explanations
- Working together with the Chief Revenue Officer to grow a specific sales territory & to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
- Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
The Successful Applicant
Your profile & Skills :
- 1+ year of successful experience as Inside sales, Call center employee or Telemarketer preferably in Healthcare
- Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
- Native Dutch/French speaking, fluent in English or French/Dutch
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. You maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM applications preferred
- You're a team player, open minded, creative and solution oriented.
