About Our Client

Our client is an established Belgian engineering organization active in the design and production of high‑precision equipment for regulated industries. The company operates internationally and is recognized for its strong focus on innovation, quality, and continuous product improvement.

Job Description

  • Develop industrial design concepts for machinery and modules
  • Create 3D models, design layouts, and surface concepts
  • Ensure ergonomics, usability, and safety are embedded in designs
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers and product managers
  • Translate functional requirements into manufacturable designs
  • Participate in design reviews, prototyping, and product validation
  • Support product standardization and visual consistency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Industrial Engineer,Industrial Design, Product Design, or similar
  • Experience in designing industrial equipment or machinery
  • Strong 3D CAD skills and technical visualization capabilities (Solidworks)
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
  • User‑centric mindset with attention to ergonomics
  • Structured, creative, and solution‑oriented thinking
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
