Job Description

  • Handle administrative HR tasks, including contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records
  • Support the recruitment process, from job postings to interview scheduling
  • Assist with onboarding and training new employees
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters
  • Maintain and update HR databases and reports



The Successful Applicant

  • First experience in HR administration or a similar role (internships included)
  • Fluent in French or Dutch AND English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
