As an HR/Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing and support the HR team with administrative and operational tasks. You will act as the point of contact for employees and ensure smooth HR processes.

Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat.
  • Manage personnel files and follow up on contracts, absences, and social documents.
  • Advise employees on salary, benefits, and HR-related questions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of Belgian labor law.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and strong communicator
