About Our Client

My client is a law firm based in Brussels. Their offices are easily accessible by public transport and car.

Job Description

After a period of training, you will progressively assume the wide range of responsibilities the position.

These are mainly :

  • Welcoming newcomers so that they feel perfectly welcome from day one: drafting a first day: drafting a contract, setting up a welcome program, registering with insurers, etc, registration with insurance companies, etc.
    When a colleague leaves, you make sure that everything is completed according to procedures;
  • Personnel administration from A to Z. This includes the processing of salaries, sick leave, insurance, personnel database, reports, etc;
  • Recruitment assistance, development and publication of job offers, invitation of candidates, follow-up applicants, follow-up on applications.



The HR team consists of 2 people who enjoy working together.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of French, English and Dutch
  • Knowledge of social legislation
  • Be dynamic, structured and organised
  • Enjoy HR administration
