As an HR Advisor your tasks will be:
- Supervisor of implementation of HR procedures
- On-boarding new employees
- Coordinate the HR Process
- Annual performance review follow-up
- Setting up Action Plans for annual performance
- Advise on compensation and benefits policy
- Compliance with local legislation
- Development of strategic HR initiatives for deployment
The successful candidate has the following characteristics:
- Trilingual in English, Dutch and French
- Bachelor Degree
- Knowledge of Belgian Social Legislation
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment agency or HR related function
- Excellent communicator
- Dynamic personality
