Job Description

  • Maintaining and organizing employee records.
  • Managing contracts, onboarding documentation, and payroll-related administration.
  • Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate communication.
  • Coordinating leave requests, absences, and benefits administration.
  • Supporting the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is highly beneficial.
