Job Description

📝 Key Responsibilities



  • Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.


  • Recruitment Support: Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.


  • Onboarding Coordination: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and organizing training sessions.


  • Administrative Tasks: Handling day-to-day administrative duties such as filing documents, managing HR correspondence, and organizing meetings.


  • Employee Support: Serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.


  • Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

The Successful Applicant

🎯 The Ideal Candidate



  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Experience: While prior experience is a plus, we welcome applications from enthusiastic juniors eager to embark on an HR career.


  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
